I’ve heard a lot of good things about sparkpeople but haven’t signed up. Do you like it?
Overall, I really like it. Their food tracker is top notch, thanks to the contributions of its millions of users. Their community offerings are amazing: so many people are on the site, the message boards are super popular, and there is always someone looking to support you and bring you up after a tough day. In addition, the site tries really hard to make weight loss and exercise fun by implementing a point system for doing various things on the site. Their mobile apps are also very good. However, because the site is free, there are a TON of advertisements, and I haven’t found their article very interesting yet.
Definitely try it out and see if you like it.
You have some great goals. I am a goal setter myself. Zig Ziglar said if you aim at nothing, you’ll hit it every time. I look forward to seeing you hit those goals!
